You and I will meet one-on-one each week for 12 weeks. Each video call lasts about 60 minutes and will be held on Zoom.
Heads up! It takes an average of 16 weeks to complete the low FODMAP program from start to finish. If you'd like one-on-one support through all three phases of the program, no worries! My low FODMAP intensive program is 16 weeks long to make sure you have space to settle into your long-term diet.
You are the boss of this adventure, so we'll start by clarifying your goals and discovering ways to make the things you want a top priority in your life!
But I know you don't live in a vacuum! So we'll make sure to consider things like your home life, work, and overall lifestyle, so the plan we create supports your whole life, not just your gut!
Once we have a clear vision of your goals, we'll set to work learning your body's language! This is the secret sauce to settling your gut in record time!
Once you have a better understanding of what feels good and what feels ew in your body, we'll build a custom plan to help you manage your daily symptoms, prevent unexpected flares, and give you more control over your body!
